Transforming Garages & Homes in Michiana Since 2007

In 2007, Erin Stopczynski founded Innovative Spaces with a passion for helping homeowners organize and enhance their garages. While still working as a firefighter, Erin began transforming garages by providing high-quality storage and organization solutions. The business grew quickly, largely through word-of-mouth, thanks to Erin's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.


In 2008, Erin’s wife Trish joined the business, bringing her expertise in home organization. Together, they expanded their offerings to include custom-designed storage solutions and concrete floor coatings. Today, Innovative Spaces proudly serves the Michiana region, dedicated to enhancing homes with high-quality designs, exceptional service, and lasting value.

Owner

Erin is a career firefighter, with an extensive background in home remodeling. Erin is right at home in the garage, with a 1967 Chevrolet Pick Up serving as a long term labor of love. A natural handyman, this business has been a natural extension of his abilities and creative interest.

Trish has been assisting her husband with the business since 2008. With two children at home, she understands the need to organize for home, school, and sports activities. Whether it's your closet, pantry, or laundry room, she knows the importance of keeping these areas fully functional.
